Job summary

Beckett Electrical Services in Central Texas is seeking an Electrical Safety Professional to help implement and manage safety programs across commercial projects. This role partners with HR, management, field leadership, and clients to ensure OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance.

Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, reviewing JHAs and MOPs, delivering training, coordinating drug testing, investigating incidents, and overseeing PPE and LOTO with project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction safety is required.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and NFPA 70E.
• Certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 510, NFPA 70E required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E.
• Review JHAs, risk assessments, and MOPs; maintain safety documentation.
• Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and field coaching for crews.
• Coordinate and document drug screening programs.
• Investigate incidents and support emergency response planning.
• Oversee PPE, fall protection, LOTO; collaborate with project teams.
• Travel to local project sites as needed.
