Job summary

Adams Electric Company is seeking a Field Safety Specialist to administer and monitor Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across project leadership. You will conduct site safety audits, provide training, and ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E standards, while maintaining thorough documentation and incident investigations.

The role requires communication with field leadership, standard safety policy enforcement, and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs on-site at datacenter

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1926 & 1910).
• NFPA 70E knowledge; Electrical Safety Qualified Person per NFPA 70e criteria.
• Ability to train groups on health and safety topics and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Perform Construction Site and Safety Audits (e.g., Project Site Safety Inspection).
• Participate in project handoff programs and site prep processes.
• Document inspections and suggest corrective actions via Adams systems.
