• Monitor testing, termination, energization, commissioning, and turnover activities
• Conduct field observations and identify unsafe conditions or practices
• Communicate safety expectations and corrective actions to field personnel and supervision
• Participate in safety meetings, pre-task planning, and job hazard analyses
• Maintain safety documentation and support incident-prevention activities
• Coordinate with electrical contractors and project teams on safety concerns
