Southwest Electrical Contracting Services, LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the company’s safety program, with a field-heavy focus on jobsite coaching, safety plan development, and regulatory compliance across South Texas projects.

The role requires 5+ years in construction safety, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, and strong communication with foremen, electricians, and clients. Travel to active projects in the San Antonio/South Texas region is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years in construction safety with electrical focus.
• Experience writing site safety plans and incident investigations.
• Experience tracking training and OSHA recordkeeping.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and enforce SWECS safety program on all projects.
• Perform job hazard analyses and site inspections; document findings.
• Lead safety training: OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E, fall protection, etc.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Conocimientos

OSHA 1926 knowledge

NFPA 70E training

Lockout/Tagout procedures

Arc-flash PPE expertise

OSHA 30-Hour Construction

OSHA 500 or equivalent

Bilingual English/Spanish (plus)

Strong field coachability

Educación

Associate degree or higher in occupational safety or construction management
