Job summary

Big-D Mission Critical in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an experienced Electrical Safety Manager for data-center construction. You will provide safety and risk expertise to Big-D personnel, vendors and subcontractors, and help maintain a zero-harm culture on site. Experience on large commercial projects with electrical safety oversight is preferred.

OSHA 30-hour is required; OSHA 500 is a plus. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience on large commercial projects in a safety capacity.
• Electrical safety experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety on data center projects and electrical scopes.
• Monitor and document site safety conditions with photos/reports.
• Develop improvement plans with project leadership and document findings.
• Conduct safety training meetings for the project team and site staff.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis with management.
