Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support the implementation and daily administration of safety programs across our construction and project operations in Houston. You will work with field leadership, project teams, and safety leadership to promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include field inspections, incident reporting, training coordination, and maintaining compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
• Additional safety certifications or specialized construction safety training preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years of electrical construction experience preferred.
• Experience supporting field operations, inspections, maintaining compliance records, or assisting with safety initiatives preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years of electrical construction experience working in electrical contracting, industrial environments, or mission critical operations preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards, safety documentation processes, and incident reporting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and administration of safety programs, policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives across assigned operations and projects.
• Conduct routine field inspections, safety observations, audits, and jobsite reviews to identify hazards and support corrective action.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, corrective action tracking, and maintenance of compliance documentation.
• Coordinate and support employee safety orientations, toolbox talks, training sessions, and onboarding activities.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, customer requirements, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
• Partner with field leadership, project teams, and subcontractors to promote workforce engagement and accountability.
• Maintain safety reports, inspection logs, certifications, training records, and audit findings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, regulatory inspections, customer audits, and emergency response activities.
