Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Safety Coordinator to support safety programs across projects and operations. You will assist with inspections, incident reporting, training, and file maintenance while promoting compliance and workforce engagement on active construction sites.

Ideal candidates have OSHA familiarity, strong communication, and organizational skills, with experience in field operations and safety documentation. This role is full-time and on-site at construction sites in Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience in construction safety, inspections, and incident reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program implementation across operations and projects.
• Conduct field inspections, observations, audits, and jobsite reviews.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety orientations, toolbox talks, and onboarding.
• Maintain safety records and compliance documentation.
• Support training and workforce communication across teams.
