Job summary

Experis is seeking an Electrical Repair Technician to join our Technical Service Department in San Antonio, Texas. You will perform repairs, upgrades, preventive maintenance on VAC equipment, and provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and third-party providers.

The role requires at least 1 year of electrical repair experience, an associate degree, and proficiency with electrical schematics and MS Office. This is a 12-month, 100% onsite contract opportunity.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in electrical assembly, troubleshooting, soldering, or related repair environment.
• Knowledge of electrical schematic diagrams, BOMs, and test procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Ability to meet physical demands and work scheduled shifts independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform device repairs, upgrades, retrofits, and preventive maintenance on internal and external medical VAC equipment.
• Execute quality control procedures for all repaired VAC devices prior to releasing them back to customers.
• Provide technical support over the telephone for customers, sales teams, and third-party maintenance providers.
• Support research, development, testing, and inspection of new products and repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, monitor tools and equipment, and adhere to safety regulations.

As an Electrical Repair Technician, you will be part of the Technical Service Department supporting device repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. Pay Range: $18 to $20 p/h on w-2
Duration: 12 month contract
