Job summary

International Paper's Pine Hill, AL facility seeks an Electrical Reliability Engineer to maintain and improve asset reliability across a large pulp and paper operation. You will lead maintenance and engineering efforts, drive RCFA and preventative programs, and partner with operations to reduce unplanned downtime.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of electrical and instrumentation experience.
• 4+ years electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong technical and maintenance background with electrical power distribution and instrumentation/controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Equipment Reliability Strategy.
• Owns maintenance strategy and care programs for equipment.
• Develop predictive maintenance routes and communicate with core teams.
• Develop preventative maintenance routes and manage PM programs.
• Ensure adherence to policy for EPD, IEPM, Motors, Turbine Generators, Valves, and Electrical Room Air Quality.
• Champion asset class management and cradle-to-grave strategies for critical equipment types.
• Support core teams with technical issue resolution and coaching.
• Lead RCFA processes and ensure root causes and actions are completed.
• Coordinate priorities with operations and participate in Area work orders.
• Contribute to Capital and Repair Projects and 5-year facility plan.
