Wolff Bros. Supply, a leading distributor of Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC products in Wooster, OH, seeks a Quotes Specialist to support customers and sales teams with precise quotations and project pricing.

You will review plans, source pricing, and manage scope while protecting margins. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional quoting experience.
• 3+ years of solid electrical & switchgear product knowledge.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical plans, specs, and one-line diagrams.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Analyze & Interpret: review plans, specs, panel schedules, and one-line diagrams to build precise bills of material.
• Problem Solve: spot missing information and scope gaps early, selecting appropriate products and substitutions.
• Price & Negotiate: obtain manufacturer pricing, negotiate project costs, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Manage Projects: handle revisions, addenda, clarifications, and smooth handoffs after award.
• Collaborate: coordinate with customers, sales reps, and vendors while managing workload with autonomy.
