Job summary

Famous Supply, a wholesale distributor serving contractors and remodelers in HVAC, Plumbing, and Building Products, seeks a Commercial Plumbing Quotations Specialist in Akron, OH. You will coordinate takeoffs from blueprints, prepare bid files and work with contractors, estimators and internal teams to secure accurate pricing.

Ideal candidates demonstrate familiarity with blueprints, strong time management, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with blueprints and project specifications.
• Willingness to participate in team coordination.
• Experience working in high-pressure situations with effective time management.
• Student mindset with urge to learn and grow within the team.

Responsibilities

• Daily Task & Project Time Management for multiple on-going projects.
• Regular communication with Quotations Team, Inside & Outside Sales Associates.
• Communication with Plumbing Contractors and Estimators.
• Obtain pricing documents from vendors and manufacturers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external team members.
• Update products and pricing matrices with Pricing and Buying teams.
• Create and manage Project Bid Files for quotes assigned.
