Job summary

Egan Company in Champlin, MN seeks a Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across electrical field projects and manufacturing shops, ensuring NEC/AHJ compliance and zero‑defect execution. You will drive BIQ adoption, standardize QA processes, and mentor field and shop teams.

You will partner with engineering and production supervision to align work with standards, integrate QA documentation in Autodesk Forma, perform audits, pursue root‑cause analyses, and steer continuous improvement while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Quality leadership preferred.
• 6+ years in construction or manufacturing with QA/QC leadership experience.
• ASQ CQM or similar credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC program with BIQ leadership across electrical projects and shops.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create QA/QC manuals and SOPs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure NEC/AHJ compliance.
• Lead testing and verification for panels and assemblies in Champlin and Kasson.
• Standardize QA reporting and digital workflows within Forma and MES.
• Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
