Job summary

Egan Company seeks a Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across electrical field projects and manufacturing operations. You will drive BIQ adherence, mentorship, and field leadership to ensure zero-defect execution while aligning with NEC, AHJ, and client standards.

The role covers Champlin and Kasson shops, requiring strong documentation, data analysis, and continuous improvement, with travel and collaboration across engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial), Quality Management, Construction Management, or related preferred.
• 6+ years in construction or manufacturing with at least 3 years in QA/QC leadership preferred.
• ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or similar credentials are a plus.
• Experience managing QA/QC programs in multi‑disciplinary organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC program & BIQ leadership across electrical projects and manufacturing shops.
• Collaborate with field/shop SMEs to create QA/QC manual, SOPs, and visual standards.
• Conduct field inspections and audits per NEC/AHJ requirements and specs.
• Oversee quality in Champlin and Kasson sites, coordinating with engineering and production.
• Standardize QA/QC reporting and integrate with Autodesk Forma and MES systems.
• Lead root‑cause analyses and drive continuous quality improvements.
