Job summary

ABM seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead Electrical QA/QC on a large-scale semiconductor construction project in the United States. You will develop and manage the project quality program to ensure all electrical installations, testing, documentation, and turnover meet project specifications, NFPA standards, OEM requirements, and applicable codes.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of QA/QC principles for electrical construction.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70/70E, IEEE standards, NEC.
• Experience with ITPs, QC procedures, and inspection checklists.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience on semiconductor, data center, or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Electrical QA/QC Program.
• Lead and manage QA/QC technicians.
• Verify compliance with NEC, IEEE, OEMs, project specs, drawings, and standards.
• Establish inspection and test plans, procedures, and checklists.
• Oversee quality inspections of electrical systems and process tool infra.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, turnover docs.
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and root cause investigations.
• Coordinate and witness electrical testing and commissioning.
• Track quality metrics and report to leadership and client.
• Ensure complete quality records and turnover documentation.
• Support commissioning, startup, turnover activities.
• Conduct internal audits and subcontractor assessments.
• Participate in planning and safety meetings.
• Maintain relationships with owners, engineers, contractors.
