Job summary

CEC Companies seeks an Electrical Quality Control Specialist to ensure safety, quality and compliance of electrical systems across projects and manufacturing processes. The role focuses on inspection, testing and assessment of components to meet standards and internal requirements.

You will develop QC procedures, monitor compliance with NEC/IEC/ISO 9001, document results, perform root-cause analyses, oversee calibration of test equipment, and support training for engineering and production

Qualifications

Experience in quality control within the electrical industry.
Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and inspection techniques.
Knowledge of NEC, IEC and ISO 9001 standards.
Strong documentation and issue-resolution skills.
Ability to travel 75-100% as required.

Responsibilities

Inspect and test electrical systems, components, and equipment for quality and compliance.
Implement quality control measures and develop procedures to prevent defects.
Monitor compliance with safety guidelines and local regulations.
Document inspection results and maintain records of QC processes.
Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee calibration and maintenance of electrical testing equipment.
Provide training and support on QC procedures to engineering and production teams.
Evaluate supplier quality of electrical components.
Ensure health and safety compliance across the work environment.
