Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 6+ years in construction or manufacturing with QA/QC leadership.
• ASQ CQM or similar credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC program across electrical projects and manufacturing shops.
• Standardize processes and develop SOPs and visual quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits per NEC and AHJ requirements.
• Drive BIQ adoption and quality culture among field teams.
