Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Mission Critical Electrical Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for large-scale data center electrical construction projects. You will establish project-specific quality standards and partner with project managers, field teams, and vendors to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in electrical construction QA/QC, a strong track record in mission-critical environments, and a CMQ/OE

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction QA/QC and quality management experience.
• Experience in data centers or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical QA/QC efforts on mission-critical construction projects.
• Develop and implement project-specific electrical quality plans.
• Establish electrical quality requirements and integrate into planning and procurement.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain quality standards throughout construction.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality meetings.
