Job summary

Crane Co. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform electrical inspections on incoming and in-process materials on site in Twinsburg, OH.

You will document results in SAP and quality records, interfacing with customers and suppliers to ensure conformance to processes and standards. The role requires at least three years of experience with electrical inspection equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and TDR, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum experience on complex electrical inspection or equivalent equipment.
• Experience with electrical equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, TDR, etc.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Performs electrical inspections of incoming and in-process materials.
• Record in SAP and on quality records the status of inspection of all assigned parts.
• Interface with external and internal customers and suppliers, including source inspectors.
• Set up and connect equipment for testing activities following safety and procedural guidelines.
• Conduct functional testing of electrical components and document findings.
• Identify, document and report non-conformances; collaborate with production teams to resolve issues.
