Job summary

ESL POWER SYSTEM INC is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform receiving, in-process, final, and RMA inspections. You will read drawings, verify dimensions, and conduct electrical tests from 120V to 480V using Hi‑Pot, Megger, and multimeters.

Documentation and adherence to safety and quality procedures are essential. The role requires 1–2 years of experience, proficiency with measuring tools, ERP/MES systems, and the ability to follow SOPs with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Reading technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Foundational knowledge of QC principles, inspection techniques, and industry standards.
• Proficient with standard measuring tools and test equipment (calipers, multimeter, etc.).
• Ability to follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and verbal direction.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, final, and RMA inspections per established procedures.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, specifications, and quality documentation.
• Verify dimensions, material types, finishes, labels, quantities, assembly workmanship, and wiring against requirements.
• Conduct electrical testing (120V–480V) using Hi‑Pot testers, Meggers, multimeters, phase rotation testers, and load banks.
• Process inspection transactions in Epicor/MES and maintain accurate records.
• Create DMRs and evaluate RMAs per department procedures.
• Document inspection and test results in required systems.
