Staffmark Group is hiring an Electrical Quality Control Inspector in Plano, TX. The role focuses on inspecting incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.

You will read engineering drawings and instructions, use precision measuring tools, and document results. The position emphasizes attention to detail, with duties covering NCRs, root-cause analysis support, and maintaining a safe inspection area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of quality inspection or manufacturing experience required.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials, components, assemblies, and finished products.
• Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria.
• Record inspection results in forms, ERP/MRP systems, or spreadsheets.
• Identify, label, and segregate nonconforming items per procedures.
• Support nonconformance reports and corrective action processes.
