Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is expanding its Thomson Power Systems facility near Arlington, TX, and seeks a Quality Inspector to perform in-process and final inspections, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support continuous improvement within electrical panel and switchgear manufacturing.

You will collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams, maintain ISO 9001 documentation, and help drive customer satisfaction and defect reduction at our new site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years of manufacturing experience in electrical panel or related environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and BOMs.
• Hands-on experience with inspection and test equipment (Multimeters, Calipers, Torque meters, Torque wrenches, Impact tools).
• Experience identifying defects, investigating root causes, and supporting corrective actions.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting quality issues in manufacturing.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, final, and receiving inspections as required.
• Create, review, and maintain inspection reports, quality checklists, and acceptance documentation.
• Verify products meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot quality concerns identified during inspections and support corrective action implementation.
