Job summary

RK Industries, LLC is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead a team of Journeymen Electricians and Quality Inspectors, ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance across production lines. The role reports to the Quality Manager and involves collaboration with other departments to maximize productivity and prevent defects.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical knowledge, supervisory experience, and a background in lean methods and ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician licensure/certification preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and quality systems.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality inspectors and enforce GMPs to meet quality standards.
• Train new hires, evaluate performance, and coach on defect standards.
• Conduct floor audits, track control points, verify ISO/work instructions compliance.
• Coordinate containment, lead root-cause analyses, drive CAPA actions.
• Record inspection metrics and present performance reports to management.
• Audit raw materials, packaging, labels, and finished products for compliance.
