Job summary

Thomson Power Systems, part of Regal Rexnord, seeks an Electrical Assembly Lead for its new Arlington, TX facility. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and leads a shift to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

The Lead will prepare workstations, run daily tier meetings, ensure instruction adherence, promote Lean practices, and drive ISO compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as above.
• Experience leading a crew of assemblers/technicians.
• Strong knowledge of low/medium voltage switchgear assembly, wiring and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical assembly with the preparation and setup of workstations and materials for daily tasks.
• Update and lead the daily tier meetings with associates in accordance with RBS standards.
• Ensure work instructions, standards, and specifications related to tasks being completed are followed.
• Promote and practice Lean manufacturing processes as per RBS standards.
• Follow and drive consistent compliance with site ISO standards and practices.
• Participate proactively in Quality inspections of products to verify adherence to standards.
• Ensure all EHS procedures, goals, and site initiatives are followed consistently.
• Proactively promote the Regal Business Systems (RBS) and Values.
• Collaborate with extended team on investigations related to Safety, Quality, and other issues.
