PCL Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Quality Supervisor in Chandler, AZ to oversee quality activities across construction projects. You will review contracts, inspect work, and ensure adherence to ITPs and ASME standards, coordinating with field teams.

The role requires engineering or trades background, relevant certifications, and strong problem-solving skills to drive quality and safety on-site.

Qualifications

Tradesperson or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
Regulatory and compliance certifications are required based on the field (e.g., Electrical SCO, CWB II/III, CWI I, API 510/570/653).
Proven knowledge of the construction industry and understanding of specs, drawings, methods, and procedures.
Strong inspection skills across a broad range of scopes and basic understanding of engineering systems.

Responsibilities

Review prime contract and subcontract details for specifications and requirements.
Ensure quality activities align with project scope per contract terms.
Perform visual examinations and witness, monitor, and document tests per ITPs.
Liaise with craft personnel and quality manager for technical guidance.
Identify root causes of nonconformances and report to project team.
Verify trade partners' compliance to their quality programs.
Implement project quality plan, ITPs, and reports.
Maintain procedures in the ASME Quality Control Manual and manage ASME Code work.
Coordinate QA/QC activities with construction efforts.
