Job summary

P&E Constructors is seeking an Electrical Quality Control Inspector to independently verify the quality and code compliance of electrical installations on active project sites. You will manage punch lists, coordinate with the project team, and ensure corrective actions meet project requirements, enabling timely closeout.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in QA/QC on industrial projects, with electrical/instrumentation/automation experience and a journeyman license or NCCER.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive QA/QC experience on industrial projects.
• Experience with electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.
• Journeyman electrician license or NCCER.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma, life sciences, semiconductors).
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent QC inspections of electrical work.
• Develop, manage, and track punch lists.
• Coordinate with project team on scope and milestones.
• Identify nonconformances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support turnover, closeout docs, and final walkdowns.
• Promote safety and quality on active sites.
• Review installation records and quality reports.
• Coordinate with contractors and commissioning teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, codes, and owner requirements.
