Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Technical Discipline or equivalent quality-related experience
• 4+ years hands-on electrical industry experience
• Ability to obtain state Journeyman License within 6 months of hire
• Experience reading contractual requirements, drawings, NEC codes, and standards

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety policies
• Read blueprints and specifications and monitor process quality
• Identify non-conformances, document data, and report to QA/Owner
• Coordinate with foreman and supervisor to ensure proper QC coverage
• Perform Receiving, First Article, In-Process and Final Inspections on assemblies
• Maintain QC records and contribute to continuous improvement
• Participate in ORM meetings and quality tip discussions
