Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years electrical construction experience, with experience on projects similar to the role’s contracts.
• Knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase Quality Control System with military or government contract experience.
• Preferred graduation from a certified apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all project quality control activities.
• Supervise Quality Control Inspectors and monitor performance.
• Establish and maintain project-specific quality plans.
• Oversee field inspections and verification activities.
• Analyze quality data and identification of trends.
