The role will lead the design and development of electric propulsion, set up and optimize a new production facility, design high‑voltage battery systems and power electronics, and develop embedded software for boat control and IoT connectivity. Hybrid and remote options are available; urgent hire.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience leading propulsion or marine systems.
- Experience with embedded software for control systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of our revolutionary electric propulsion systems.
- Set up and optimize our new production facility for electric boat manufacturing.
- Design and integrate high-voltage battery systems and power electronics.
- Develop embedded software for boat control systems and IoT connectivity.
- Drive go-to-market strategy for our electric boat launch.
- Build and lead our sales organization for the marine market.
