• Experience with electrical construction, lighting, or related building systems preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Ability to understand construction plans, specifications, and project requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project opportunities with building owners, general contractors, electrical contractors, developers, architects, and facility managers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders
• Generate leads and actively pursue commercial and industrial electrical projects
• Review project requirements, plans, and specifications to understand customer needs
• Work with estimating and project management teams to develop competitive proposals and pricing
• Present electrical solutions and project proposals to customers
• Negotiate contracts and close new business
• Track opportunities from initial lead through final award
• Maintain a strong pipeline of upcoming construction and electrical projectsRepresent the company professionally at customer meetings, networking events, and industry functions
