• Work with estimating and project management teams to develop competitive proposals and pricing
• Present electrical solutions and project proposals to customers

• Track opportunities from initial lead through final award
• Maintain a strong pipeline of upcoming construction and electrical projectsRepresent the company professionally at customer meetings, networking events, and industry functions

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Projects - Sales Director to develop new business and sell electrical projects to commercial, industrial, and construction customers.

This position will focus on identifying opportunities, building relationships with customers and contractors, developing project proposals, and closing electrical projects from initial opportunity through contract award.

Key areas of focus include:

• Sports and athletic facility lighting projects
• Warehouse and industrial lighting solutions
• Commercial and exterior lighting projects
• New construction electrical projects
• Electrical systems and installations for commercial buildings
• Electrical upgrades, retrofits, and energy-efficiency projects
• EV charging and other emerging electrical infrastructure opportunities

Responsibilities:
