Job summary

Dubak Electrical Group LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle from business development to closeout, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule goals while maintaining client satisfaction and safety.

This role handles national projects, coordinating with subcontractors, managing budgets, scheduling, and providing value engineering; travel to project sites is required, with opportunities across heavy commercial and light industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial/commercial electrical project management.
• Expertise in electrical systems + general knowledge of mechanical, civil, and structural work.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to project sites at a minimum every other week.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, change management, and cost tracking.
• Oversee subcontractors, labor resources, and field supervision.
• Coordinate multi-trade installation methods (electrical, mechanical, civil, structural).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver technical documents, proposals, and presentations.
• Provide value engineering analysis to optimize cost and efficiency.
