Actalent in Pasadena, TX seeks a Project Manager II to lead multiple medium- and low-voltage projects from kickoff to customer acceptance, overseeing the full development and delivery lifecycle with cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, and operations.

You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and performance, serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate ERP data, budgeting, forecasting, and billing readiness, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional project management experience with full scope responsibility including financials, schedule, client-facing communication, and production coordination.
• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing, industrial engineering, construction, or similar industrial environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple projects from kickoff through final customer acceptance, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to scope.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution for switchgear, controls, relay panels, and related building products.
• Own and control project scope, schedule, cost, and performance, addressing deviations and risks.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, maintaining communication and satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
