Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Manor, TX seeks a Project Manager I to independently manage small to mid-sized electrical construction projects from kickoff to closeout. You will ensure alignment with contract, schedule, and budget while coordinating field and office teams.

The role operates under the Project Team within Operations, focusing on cost tracking, scheduling, procurement, and client interactions as you build leadership capabilities in project management and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and electrical construction experience considered.
• Experience with project management software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage projects from kickoff through closeout, maintaining scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop schedules, lookaheads, and coordination plans with field leadership.
• Track costs, forecasts, and change orders; support client and internal stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and procurement; manage RFIs and submittals.
• Oversee owner billing processes and document control for the project.
