Carlton Electric, Inc. seeks a Special Projects Foreman in the Denver area to manage electrical installations and upgrades for special commercial projects. You will troubleshoot emergency and non-emergency issues, drive the company van, and work with a small crew as needed.

The role requires an active Colorado JW license, extensive field experience, strong customer service, and the ability to be on-call for 1 week every 8–12 weeks. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Formación

• Valid Colorado JW license (5+ years as licensed JW, 9+ years in the trade)
• Must pass motor vehicle record screening, drug screen, and background check
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
• Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical installation, upgrades, maintenance and repair with emphasis on safety, quality and urgency
• Supervise, mentor and train apprentices
• Plan and layout work; complete project paperwork
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, vendors and other trades
• Run service calls and troubleshoot wiring and equipment; on-call duties every 8–12 weeks
