Job summary

Specialized Electric Company in Golden, CO seeks an experienced foreman to run commercial electrical projects from mobilization to closeout. You will lead crews, plan daily work, coordinate materials, and ensure work meets NEC and our standards.

The role requires 7–10 years in commercial/industrial electrical construction, a Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician license, OSHA 30, and the ability to travel within two hours of Denver. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• 7–10 years in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
• 5+ years leading as foreman, lead, or superintendent.
• Strong NEC knowledge and blueprint reading.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Able to travel within 2 hours of Denver Metro.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run commercial electrical projects from mobilization to closeout.
• Lead crews and apprentices and plan daily work for productivity.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries with project managers.
• Ensure every install meets NEC, drawings, and our standards.
• Keep daily reports, timecards, and material tracking accurate.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized sites and lead by example on safety.
• Review drawings, change orders, and submittals to stay aligned.
• Support turnover, startup, and closeout documentation.
• Mentor journeyman and develop next generation of leads.
• Coordinate with GCs, other trades, and utility providers.
• Track labor productivity and flag ways to run work smarter.
