Encore Electric, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise Apprentices and Journeymen on residential, commercial and industrial electrical work.

You will lead crews, coordinate racingways, wire pulls and equipment mounting while maintaining safety, quality and schedule. The role requires leadership skills, a Journeyman license and a strong commitment to mentoring and field excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Four years of apprenticeship or three years with a two-year degree is required.
• One year as a leadman and a Journeyman Wireman’s license from Colorado is required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills are required.
• Leadership Level I Leadership (Supervision) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Foreman, Journeymen, and Apprentices with strong leadership.
• Lead crews installing raceways, pulling wire, and mounting equipment.
• Act as the go-to person in the field and mentor upcoming supervision.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and productivity on the project.
• Coordinate with other trades and manage field logistics.
