Job summary

Loenbro Southwest is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator for the Electrical Division. You will organize and communicate project activities, manage documentation, and coordinate with electricians, contractors, and facility managers on industrial installations.

The role requires knowledge of electrical systems, terminations, and power distribution, with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure project readiness and on-time execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree not required; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience coordinating electrical installation projects in industrial settings a plus.
• Knowledge of NEC/NFPA codes and electrical safety practices is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the initial setup of new electrical projects in management software (Microsoft Teams, Procore, Projectsight).
• Administer project documentation, correspondence, and functions including electrical permitting, bonding, and RFIs.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schematics, and submittals.
• Coordinate procurement of electrical components and monitor delivery and inventory.
• Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules for installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate field activities and support safety and quality meetings.
