Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Project Engineer to join its engineering team in Phoenix, AZ. You will support the Project Manager and project participants, ensuring technical accuracy of all electrical aspects to drive project success.

The role requires coordinating with Preconstruction, field teams, and suppliers, while managing NEC/NFPA and related standards. Proficiency with CAD tools, MS Office, and MS Project is expected.

Qualifications

• Electrical construction and installation experience necessary.
• OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance knowledge required.
• Understanding of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and controls.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment including switchgear, transformers, and distribution panels.
• Diverse background in electrical systems, low voltage, and instrumentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to function well in high-paced, stressful environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar field.
• 2-3 years of electrical construction experience required.
