Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager to join our team. You will support senior PMs, help manage schedules, and coordinate with field teams and owners on scope changes. This role requires strong electrical construction knowledge and multitasking across RFIs, submittals, and budgets.

You will oversee subcontractors, assist in budgeting and SOVs, and help drive project closeout. A strong safety mindset and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Proficient in project management software (Microsoft 365, Accubid, Bluebeam).
• Knowledge of CAD/BIM software.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and industry standards is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality; NFPA 70E or OSHA certifications.
• Ability to work outdoors and at job sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide close support for senior PMs and manage project schedule compliance.
• Develop project management techniques and track change orders.
• Liaise between field management and owner on scope changes.
• Oversee subcontractors and assist in budgeting and SOV creation.
• Monitor RFIs, submittals, quantity takeoffs, and material tracking.
• Support project closeout and ensure documentation is submitted.
• Assist Quality Control during electrical construction and commissioning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
