Job summary

Champion Home Services in San Antonio seeks an Electrical Coordinator to support the Electrical Department, coordinating projects, scheduling, dispatch, and communications. This role emphasizes accurate record-keeping and proactive problem-solving to ensure smooth operations.

You will help ensure on-time completion, maintain project records, and collaborate with customers and technicians in a fast-paced environment; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, dispatching, scheduling, service operations, or a related role.
• Experience in electrical, construction, HVAC, plumbing, field service, or similar industries preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling, dispatching, or project management software; ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical projects, service calls, and installations from start to finish.
• Manage scheduling and dispatch activities, assigning work based on technician availability and skill set.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate project records, permits, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, management, and internal teams.
• Assist with material tracking, purchase orders, and other administrative functions.
• Support process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
