Job summary

Stellar Group Inc is seeking a Superintendent to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of systems on construction sites in and around Jacksonville, FL. The role requires strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and a solid track record in managing field crews and subcontractors to meet deadlines.

You will coordinate with project managers, review progress, and provide technical guidance while ensuring safety standards and regulations are met.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead field teams across construction projects
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Skilled in interpreting blueprints, schematics and technical drawings
• Experience with project scheduling and resource management
• Excellent decision-making under pressure and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with managers, crews and clients

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems on construction sites
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Manage field crews and coordinate with project managers
• Ensure timely completion of projects
• Provide technical guidance to the team
• Order procurement of tools and materials to meet schedules
