Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing and supervising teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance protocols, and safety standards.
• Experience in project management and implementation of systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems in various settings
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Manage field crews and coordinate with project managers
• Ensure the timely completion of projects
• Troubleshoot complex issues
• Provide technical guidance to the team
• Orders procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.
• Other duties as assigned
