Job summary

The Romanoff Group is seeking an Electrical Project Superintendent for a multi-family residential project in Murfreesboro, TN. You will oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate with partners, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 8+ years in installation and 3+ years supervisory experience in HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read plans and manage field crews.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of residential and commercial new construction processes, including sequencing and timing of inspections and quality control procedures.
• Ability to effectively supervise, coordinate, train, mentor, and develop field personnel, installation crews, subcontractors, and punch mechanics.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Read plans, specifications, and construction documents to determine scope of work, material requirements, equipment locations, and installation requirements.
• Supervise and provide directions to installation crews, field employees, punch mechanics, and subcontractors.
• Serves as the competent person on site for safety, production, leadership, and the client's point of contact.
• Coordinate and prioritize work activities to support production schedules, inspections, and project deadlines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites, including proper material storage and debris removal.
