Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks an Electrical Foreman to oversee installations, manage crew productivity, safety, quality, and schedule adherence on high-profile projects across the region.

You will collaborate with general contractors and customers, control labor costs, procure materials, and ensure compliance with NEC and local codes while maintaining accurate documentation and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• State Issued Electrical license, where applicable by state requirement.
• 5 years of Electrical Experience.
• Experience in a Foreman, Superintendent or other electrical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve productivity by managing and assigning tasks to crew members and maintaining labor tracking.
• Establish project goals and monitor success in reaching those objectives.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure materials are received per bulk buy procedures.
• Adhere to contract documents changes and change order notices.
• Fully utilize prefabrication and company installation methods.
• Ensure safety equipment and tools are onsite and in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with project owners, architects, and general contractors.
