Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking a Superintendent to lead field staffing and subcontractor coordination for select projects. You will work with the Project Manager to align staffing, timelines, and safety standards, ensuring on-time project completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in similar facility/ construction management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead field teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate subcontractors and field staff to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on staffing, safety, and start-ups.
• Schedule material deliveries and ensure on-site efficiency.
• Oversee safety program and compliance with regulations.
• Interact with management, vendors, clients, and field staff to resolve issues.
• Develop training programs for Field Staffing and participate in hiring.
