Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from commencement to completion.
• Lead and develop project teams for each project.
• Manage all financial aspects of contracts including costs, billings, and collections to maintain profitability.
• Manage risks and implement corrective measures as required.
• Pursue additional work through change orders.
• Ensure project document controls comply with contract requirements and company standards.
• Attend job progress meetings and maintain relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Drive division profitability through effective project execution.
• Mentor and develop direct and indirect reports.
• Ensure schedules are met and adjust priorities based on needs.
