Job summary

CEC Companies seeks a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects from start to finish in Meridian, MS. You will build strong project teams, ensure work meets scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining client satisfaction.

You will manage contract finances, lead meetings, coordinate with GCs and subs, and mentor staff. Strong communication, leadership, and cost-control skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BSEE or Construction Management preferred; high school diploma required.
• 5+ years experience in mechanical contracting, design, finance, and management.
• Strong PM skills including cost control, procurement, scheduling, and change orders.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from commencement to completion.
• Lead project teams and manage profitability and cash flow.
• Manage contracts (costs, billings, and collections) to support profitability.
• Coordinate with clients, GC, subs; attend progress meetings and drive schedule.
• Develop and mentor direct reports and ensure safety and compliance.
