CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking a Project Manager in Texas to own full project execution, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and safety teams, working across multiple disciplines to drive successful project outcomes.

The role emphasizes leading meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring contract compliance while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure performance and delivery.
• Lead communication with customers and manage satisfaction.
• Support estimating activities, bid reviews, and proposal writing.
• Oversee project setup, budgets, schedules, and SOVs in Procore.
• Prepare detailed status reports, including delay notices.
• Track financial performance and cost coding; review weekly timesheets and invoices.
• Lead change orders and risk mitigation planning.
• Ensure safety plans, permits, and code compliance.
• Coordinate across project disciplines and close-out documentation.
