Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Must be able to multitask and maintain concentration on repetitive tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience leading a team of construction staff, subcontractors, engineers/designers.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical background in utility-scale renewable energy projects is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure jobsite safety of all electrical personnel on site.
• Ensure all work is installed and documented to quality standards.
• Ensure electrical construction complies with client and company policies.
• Plan, coordinate and manage activities of electrical personnel and subcontractors.
• Assist in estimates, review proposals to set timeframes, staffing and resources.
• Coordinate processing of electrical submittals and verify design compliance.
• Manage project budgets for electrical work.
• Support weekly and monthly project reports.
• Assist in preparing plans, specs, submittals, and turnover documents.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
