Job summary

Barton Malow in New Albany, Ohio seeks a Construction Quality Engineer or Manager to join our Preconstruction team for a thermal project. You will implement and maintain the quality program, ensuring compliance with quality standards across self-perform, subcontractor, and vendor work.

Travel is expected; a minimum of 5 years of QA/QC inspection experience on industrial, automotive, and energy projects is required. OSHA 30 preferred, and strong communication plus MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction QA/QC inspection experience on industrial, automotive, and energy projects.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods within the region.
• Experience with construction inspection and testing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an effective quality control program per the Quality Manual and project documents.
• Review and approve subcontractor quality programs and inspection/test procedures.
• Coordinate with testing labs and third-party inspection agencies; submit monthly quality reports.
